REINFORCED MEMORIES

While not explicitly about a place, the pieces in this collection recall images from my childhood in a small, rural factory town in the Midwest. In these paintings, I return to the same flat grays, the faded pastels of industrial buildings, and the spaciousness of the fields that created the backdrop of my childhood, and explore my current experiences through the use of space and line.
